What are corrugated plastic layer pads ?
Edge-sealed corrugated plastic layer pads(also known as correx layer pads, plastic tier sheets, pp layer pads) are made from corrugated polypropylene sheets with four sides and corners sealed . They are widely applied in the beverage industry as divider sheets for moving all kinds of cans, glass bottles, beverage and food containers,which greatly improve stacking efficiency, save packaging cost and space.
Plastic corrugated layer pad place between layers of product for preventing extrusion and collision of goods. These packing sheets offer surface and edge padding as well as preventing dust and moisture. They are ideal for moving glass bottles and can be customized suitable thicknesses and colours.
